Buffalo-Style Hummus

I love the vinegar and heat in Buffalo sauce, so I folded it into my hummus! This is definitely a hit in our house. It goes great on a veggie burger or in a wrap loaded with your choice of veggies.

3 garlic cloves, peeled

¼ cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce, or more to taste

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained, or 3 cups cooked chickpeas

Sea salt to taste

¼ teaspoon paprika, for garnish
